Ngày 17/8, ban tổ chức Lễ Hội bia Oktoberfest ở Munich của Đức đã ra những quy định mới về việc kiểm soát an ninh, nhằm tránh mọi nguy cơ xảy ra tại Lễ hội bia lớn và nổi tiếng nhất thế giới này, đặc biệt sau các các vụ tấn công xảy ra hồi tháng trước tại bang Bavaria.

Lễ hội bia Oktoberfest dự kiến diễn ra từ 17/9-3/10 - Theo quy định mới, lực lượng an ninh sẽ dựng một hàng rào di động bao quanh toàn bộ khu vực và hàng rào này có thể được dẹp bỏ lập tức chỉ sau 50 giây trong trường hợp khẩn cấp. Ngoài ra, ba lô và tất cả các loại túi to có thể chứa trên 3 lít nước sẽ bị cấm đưa vào khu vực lễ hội. Tại các lối vào, lực lượng an ninh được tăng cường lên tới 450 người, thay vì con số 250 người như thông thường, đồng thời sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra chặt chẽ tư trang của du khách vào dự lễ hội.

Cho tới lúc này, vẫn chưa có thông tin về nguy cơ bất ổn xảy ra với lễ hội bia Oktoberfest, nơi hàng năm thu hút khoảng 6 triệu du khách từ khắp nơi trên thế giới.

Các biện pháp an ninh nêu trên được áp dụng trong bối cảnh tại Đức vừa xảy ra hàng loạt vụ tấn công bạo lực, trong đó có những vụ mang yếu tố Hồi giáo cực đoan, như vụ việc ở bang Bavaria làm nhiều người thương vong./.
