HỌP BAN CHẤP HÀNH HỘI NGƯỜI HẢI PHÒNG CHLB ĐỨC PHIÊN ĐẦU NĂM 2016.

Trong không khí ấm áp, thân tình và xây dựng, Hội Người Hải Phòng CHLB Đức do chủ tịch Hoàng Việt Dũng chủ trì đã họp Ban Chấp Hành phiên đầu năm vào ngày 24.01.2016 tại Berlin.

Không quản ngại đường xa, tuyết trơn, các Ủy Viên Ban Chấp Hành - là đại diện các Chi hội Người Hải Phòng từ các tỉnh, thành phố và các tiểu bang trên toàn nước Đức đã về họp đông đủ.

Nội dung buổi họp xoay quanh những vấn đề chính:

- Tổng kết hoạt động của HNHP CHLB Đức năm 2015. - Báo cáo tài chính của hội và kế hoạch phát triển nguồn tài chính để duy trì các hoạt động của hội trong những năm tiếp theo. - Bàn phương hướng và tổ chức các hoạt động của hội năm 2016. - Đặc biệt là bàn kế hoạch trọng tâm cho buổi gặp mặt truyền thống Hội người Hải Phòng sẽ diễn ra vào Chủ Nhật Pfingstssontag, ngày 15.5.2016.

Nhân đây kính mong toàn thể quý bà con và dâu rể Người Hải Phòng sắp xếp lịch phù hợp để cùng tham dự ngày gặp mặt truyền thống năm nay.

Phiên họp đã kết thúc thành công tốt đẹp trong niềm vui hân hoan của tất cả mọi người.

Thay mặt Hội Người Hải Phòng CHLB Đức, chủ tịch hội Hoàng Việt Dũng đã có lời phát biểu trân trọng cảm ơn các anh chị Ủy Viên Ban Chấp Hành đã không quản ngại đường xa, tuyết trơn, dành thời gian quý báu đến tham dự phiên họp đầu năm 2016 và kính chúc toàn thể bà con Người Hải Phòng CHLB Đức luôn dồi dào sức khỏe, làm ăn thuận lợi, chuẩn bị đón Xuân Bính Thân trong niềm vui an hòa và tràn đầy hạnh phúc.
