Hôm nay (6/3), Sở Du lịch tỉnh Ninh Bình đã yêu cầu Công ty Cổ phần du lịch Tràng An chấm dứt hoạt động du lịch tại điểm Tràng An cổ.

Trước thực trạng Công ty Cổ phần du lịch Tràng An tổ chức xây dựng trái phép và khai thác du lịch tại núi Huyền Vũ (núi Cái Hạ) thuộc khu vực Tràng An cổ (thôn Tràng An, xã Trường Yên, huyện Hoa Lư, Ninh Bình), nằm trong vùng lõi Quần thể Danh thắng Tràng An, hôm nay (6/3), Sở Du lịch tỉnh Ninh Bình đã yêu cầu Công ty này chấm dứt hoạt động du lịch tại điểm Tràng An cổ.

Theo Sở Du lịch tỉnh Ninh Bình, Công ty Cổ phần du lịch Tràng An tự ý xây dựng trái phép bậc thang lên xuống núi Cái Hạ và đón khách lên tham quan khi chưa được cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cho phép, đã xâm hại đến Di sản Văn hóa và thiên nhiên thế giới quần thể Danh thắng Tràng An, gây mất an toàn cho du khách.

Công ty tự ý mở tuyến du lịch Tràng An cổ để đưa, đón vận chuyển khách bằng thuyền khi chưa được cơ quan có thẩm quyền cho phép là trái quy định của pháp luật.

Để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách du lịch và tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật, Sở Du lịch tỉnh Ninh Bình đã yêu cầu Công ty Cổ phần du lịch Tràng An chấm dứt hoạt động kinh doanh, đón tiếp khách du lịch tại khu vực Tràng An cổ./.
